Deposit and cancellation terms

A 100% deposit is required, payable by 30 November at the latest.
Cancellation 7 or more days ahead: full deposit refunded. 3–6 days ahead: 70%. From 2 days ahead to the arrival day: no refund.
The fireworks may be cancelled without compensation if the law does not permit them.
If occupancy is low the hotel reserves the right to change the programme (notice by 21 December) or cancel the stay (by 16 December).
