Deposit and cancellation terms

A 100% deposit is required, payable by 30 November at the latest.
Cancellation 7 or more days ahead: full deposit refunded. 3–6 days ahead: 70%. From 2 days ahead to the arrival day: no refund.
If occupancy is low the hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay; you will be told by 10 December.
On 24 December reception and the restaurant are open until 7 p.m.
