Gym & small wellness
A gym open to guests and the town
StarTrac cardio and weight machines, with a small wellness area — Finnish sauna and whirlpool — right next door. Hotel guests enter free; the public is welcome. No booking needed, just come by.
Hours & rules
- Open daily 8:00–21:00, hotel guests until 22:00. Last entry an hour before closing.
- On Tuesdays the small wellness area is closed until 14:00 for cleaning; the gym runs as usual.
- Under-15s train only when accompanied by an adult.
- A sheet, towel and bath towel are included in the entry. Spring water from the Šumava mountains on tap; NUTREND supplements for sale.
- Pay by card, cash or benefit cards — MultiSport, Benefity Plus and others.

Hotel guests enter free. Passes: 11 entries for CZK 1,400, monthly CZK 1,820, quarterly CZK 5,200, yearly CZK 13,300 — students pay less. Private hire takes up to 6 people.

Cardio zone
StarTrac treadmills and other cardio machines with a view — for a warm-up or a full session.
Weight machines
StarTrac resistance machines covering all major muscle groups, plus free weights.
The small wellness area
Part of the gym — for stretching and recovery after training.
Finnish sauna
A classic dry sauna to warm through after a workout.
Whirlpool
A whirlpool bath with massage jets to loosen the muscles.
Cooling showers
Cold showers right by the sauna for a quick cool-down.

No booking for the gym — just stop by reception. Private hire of the small wellness is arranged by phone or e-mail.
