Cooking from fresh, preferably local ingredients — traditional Czech dishes alongside modern ones. In summer a panoramic terrace cantilevered over the Metuje valley; inside, an air-conditioned dining room seating 50.

Primátor beer from Náchod
On tap: Primátor 11° and the wheat Weizen — voted the world’s best beer in 2013. Alongside them Pilsner Urquell and non-alcoholic Birell.
Moravian wines
Bottles from seven Moravian wineries — Hrabal of Velké Bílovice, Vitisberg, Tetur and more — plus Casa Gheller prosecco and Lallier champagne.
The rum bar
Over ten rums including Ron Zacapa 23 and Cubaney Centenario. A tasting flight of three rums with notes from CZK 215.
Homemade lemonades
Lemon, lime, orange, raspberry, mango or lychee — 0.5 l for CZK 89, a one-litre jug for CZK 135. Plus coffee from ristretto to flat white.
A picnic basket for two
From June to September we prepare picnic baskets — the Metuje valley around the hotel was made for them.
